A personal conversation.
An informed choice.

What is the service?

Genosify is a voice reflection service with Geno, an AI partner, for adults 18 and over. Its purpose is to help you think and reflect, with no promised outcome. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or an emergency service. AI can be wrong or misunderstand you; you can and should correct it.

What information is processed?

We use the identity and email address supplied by your ChatGPT account to sign you in. We store the name you choose, meeting times, and consents. Your onboarding choices—what you want from Geno, conversation style, life areas, and focus—are stored as product preferences separate from conversation memories and can be changed. During a conversation, your voice is sent to OpenAI to generate a voice response. A temporary transcript remains in browser memory during the conversation and is sent at the end to create suggested continuity cards; the site does not store it in the database or store voice recordings.

What continues into the next meeting?

Your selected product preferences are available to Geno as light context. Personal conversation content continues only through cards you choose to keep after you can edit or skip every suggestion. Approved cards are encrypted in application storage, linked to your account, and sent to OpenAI as background in future conversations when memory is enabled. The connection uses the five most recent memories; all saved memories remain available in your personal space. You can edit or delete them there. Turning memory off stops their use but does not automatically delete earlier memories.

Who operates the service and receives information?

The service is operated by the Genosify team that invited you. The site and data are hosted using Sites and Cloudflare; voice service and card generation use OpenAI. The operator may access service data for operations and support, but the ordinary admin area does not display personal memory content. Therapeutic confidentiality is not promised. Provider processing may occur outside Israel under their terms and account settings.

The card-generation request is configured not to store the API response, but this does not guarantee zero provider retention. Read OpenAI’s explanation of API data. Avoid sharing identifying or sensitive information that is not needed for the conversation, especially information about other people.

Feedback, deletion, and support

Ratings and optional feedback you choose to send are visible to the organizer to improve the test. Do not include personal details you do not want to share. Approved memories remain until you delete them; they are not automatically deleted after a meeting. To delete your account and all service data, correct information, or report a problem, contact the person who invited you. Conversations are not continuously monitored by people.

Payment and availability

During the pilot, invited members can use the service without a conversation limit, credit card, or plan selection. Any charge requires explicit approval in the payment flow. Visits to plan selection and payment-button clicks are measured to understand plan interest; neither action is itself a charge. The service may change and may experience errors or downtime. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services or a person who can help now rather than waiting for the site.
